positivity in a negative world
You do you for you and make sure that you're spreading positivity to other people to negate that poison that haters are putting on you.

I've never peed on a strip before. Never done a drug test or a pregnancy test, though I suppose the latter just wouldn't make sense. It was weird. I know that there are 3 main ways to test for ketone production: urine testing, breath testing, and blood testing. I also know that urine testing is the least reliable of them with blood testing being the most reliable, but it's also the most accessible. I bought 100 strips yesterday for 10 bucks in a brick and mortar, and they would have been even cheaper if it weren't for my damned need for instant gratification. Anyway, the strip was super easy to use and gave me instant results confirming what I already knew - that I'm producing a ton of ketones. I knew that, because my energy has been through the roof.

Speaking of which, if you are an instant gratification kind of person -- Keto may just be the right diet for you. Even if it takes you a whole week (or two) to get into ketosis, you will see a drop in weight and waist in the very first week, and 2 weeks is not a big sacrifice when it brings you this much energy and better sleep at night. I lost 10 pounds and an inch and a half off my waist last week. Now, critics of any diet -- especially a low carb diet -- will always be quick to point out that most of that weight is water weight and not a loss in fat.

Listen up asshat, that's okay with me. When I see numbers go down, it makes me feel good about myself and that gives me motivation to keep going.

And by the way, I had done a week of whole30 the week before starting keto and my water weight was already down. This week, I'm only 3 days in and i'm already down almost another inch on my waist. Go ahead, try and make me feel bad about that!

Don't listen to the haters. Someone's always there to shit on your diet or workout plan, to tell you why veganism is better than keto or whole30 is better than plexus. You do you for you and make sure that you're spreading positivity to other people to negate that poison that haters are putting on you.

If you are interested in purchasing these strips, you can find them on my affiliate store here: https://amzn.to/2Nr9AsP --If you purchase there, I get a small kickback from amazon!
